Most Appita Short Courses are endorsed by recognized training organizations. In Australia Riverina Insutitute endorses courses as TAFE PLUS. Course participants receive a TAFE PLUS Certificate, outlining components of the course which can be assessed at the workplace for credit towards National Competency Standards. In New Zealand, FITEC, the industry training organization, endorses courses where the knowledge gained may earn credits towards the National Certificate. In both countries we are working towards integration of some courses into the national curriculum.
